Make All the Difference Scholarships

Students:
Is applying for a Make All the Difference Scholarship for you?

It might be, if you can answer “YES” to all of the following questions:

1. Are you currently enrolled in at least one of the following qualifying programs through Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES or one of its component districts* ?

  • career and technical education of one full year or longer (other than New Visions)
  • high school equivalency (GED/TASC)
  • special education with an IEP
  • other alternative programs of at least one year such as Westside Academy or similar district-based programs.

NOTE: A 504 alone is not a qualifying program; New Visions is not a qualifying program.

*  Look below for the list of “component districts.”

2. Will you successfully complete your qualifying program in the current school year?

3. Can you show that your qualifying program has made a significant difference in your life and prepared you for your future?

4. Can you show that you have made a difference for yourself while enrolled in your qualifying program?

5. Will you continue your education or career training after high school?

If you believe you’re qualified to apply for a Make All the Difference Scholarship, fill out and print the application, gather all the required materials and submit everything by the deadline.

*Monroe 2-Orleans BOCES component districts include the following school districts:

Brockport, Churchville-Chili, Gates Chili, Greece, Hilton, Holley, Kendall, Spencerport, and Wheatland-Chili

Fill out the application PDF electronically.

Print it – handwritten applications will NOT be accepted.

Submit with the other required materials.  Everything must be received by Friday, March 2, 2018.
